🌟 Significance & Spiritual Importance

Nag Panchami is dedicated to the worship of the serpent gods (Naga Devatas) such as Ananta, Vasuki, Shesha, and Takshaka. In Telugu states, women visit ant-hills (Puttalu) early in the morning to offer cow milk, turmeric, and eggs to snake deities, praying for the longevity and good health of their brothers and children.

Ecological harmony with nature and appeasement of Sarpa and Rahu-Ketu doshas.
